Ideation
- Market research for relevant categories to lead audience growth strategy
- Make a content plan for the Channels/Apps/Products (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly)
- Research trending topics related to the category and share with creators/in house content team
- Work on the marketing strategies based on Research for YouTube and other similar platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook etc.
Content Creation
- Finalize Brand kits with the design team
- Coordinate with the Post Production and Design team and review the final videos/content
Distribution and Marketing
- Manage YouTube Channels Community plans including content development and distribution
- Manage social media integration for the channels and create integrated marketing campaigns for the content
- Community management of the channels/pages and planning engagement campaigns for the content
- Update Channel Metadata – Master tags, Descriptions, Playlists, Titles
- Create and execute custom distribution strategies
- Coordinate with the YT team for distribution of the content
