Audience Growth Manager

Ideation
  1. Market research for relevant categories to lead audience growth strategies
  2. Make a content plan for the Channels/Apps/Products (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly)
  3. Research trending topics related to the category and share with creators/in house content team
  4. Work on the marketing strategies based on Research for YouTube and other similar platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook etc…
Content Creation:
  1. Finalize Brand kits with the design team
  2. Coordinate with the Post-Production and Design team and review the final videos/content
Distribution and Marketing:
  1. Manage YouTube Channels Community plans including content development and distribution
  2. Manage social media integration for the channels and create integrated marketing campaigns for the content
  3. Community management of the channels/pages and planning engagement campaigns for the content
  4. Update Channel Metadata – Master tags, Descriptions, Playlists, Titles
  5. Create and execute custom distribution strategies
  6. Coordinate with the YT team for distribution of the content
